Questions
What if I don't want it?
You don't pay anything. We take the preview down after 30 days.
What is hosting, and do I pay for it?
Hosting is where your website lives online. We set it up for free, in your name, so there's nothing to pay. If you already pay for hosting, we can use that instead.
My site is on Wix, Squarespace or GoDaddy. What happens to it?
Once your new site is live, you can cancel your old website plan. Just keep anything you pay for your web address or email.
I don't have a website or web address. Can you still help?
Yes. We build it from your Google listing, Facebook, Instagram or Checkatrade page. We register your web address in your name and pay for the first year. After that, you pay the renewal, usually under £15 a year.
I can't remember who set up my web address. Is that a problem?
No, that's common. We find out which company your web address is with, then help you back in, usually with a simple password reset. If an old web designer set it up, we'll help you ask them for access.
What isn't included?
We focus on your website, so logo design, photography, email set-up and adverts aren't included. Extra pages added later are £49 each.
Will my email keep working?
Yes. We never change your email settings, and we check your email works after your new website goes live.
